The LG Service is a young and dynamic Italian company born in Bari in 2002 with the goal of becoming a valuable reference in providing after-market spare parts for hydraulic breakers of all brands, from the most famous to the most unknown.
In the beginning, the activity was targeted exclusively towards Italian customers, but in two years, the requests coming from foreign countries brought the company into the international market, exponentially enlarging its business range.
To date, our customers are located in more than 30 countries, many of which are outside the European Community.
The quality and wide range of parts offered, competitive prices, but above all the usual helpfulness of human resources at the complete disposal of the customer, make the LG Service a trusted collaborator of its customers, rather than being just a supplier.
The company’s philosophy is entirely focused on the management of the relationship with the customer and in this direction some of the company’s dynamics have been set: for instance minimum purchase quantities are not established. Only the customer’s needs drive his orders.
We have a large warehouse, which allows immediate response and reduced delivery times. We pay particular attention to the way in which the spare parts are packed and shipped, using packs, pallets or wood boxes depending on the destination and way of transport.
The request of standard parts is joined by the possibility of obtaining customized parts at a low cost. Wear bushes, pistons, tie rods and tool retainers; what in iron or bronze is not contained in our offer we are able to provide on sample or technical drawing.
The empathy with our clients also allows us to widen day by day our catalogue, thanks to frequent sampling, thus having an increasingly rich and more precise offer.
